Yes, we do. A lot of times if you are a bit short on down payment we can set up a monthly payment plan spread out over 6-12 months. We will work with you the best we can.
How Does Your Lease Purchase Program Work?
The laws have changed in Texas a few years ago and essentially have made lease purchase or lease options so hard to comply with that most investors have stopped offering them including us here at TMC Property Solutions. We may, however, be willing to rent a home to you and offer to sell it to you at some point in the future. Our buyers love it because it gives them time to save up for a larger down payment; time to clean up past credit issues, time to sell another home, and also time to try out the neighborhood before buying.
